This talk tells a story of how we took a reliable test setup for single device testing and scaled it up to potentially handle dozens of devices with reasonable per-device cost.

- Finding and testing reliable power supplies
- designing and building reusable physical mounting for various devices under test (DuT)

- Adapting a DuT for automated testing
- How to stay motivated in case nothing goes to plan
